Meet the Team

Our team provides an effective and professional service that is excellent value for money. Our qualified staff have a vast amount of experience and knowledge of all types of buildings and construction methods.

We work with Local Authority Building Control (LABC) as a member of their Partnership Authority Scheme. This enables architects and developers to submit all applications to a single authority and helps to ensure consistency.

What services can we provide?

Our building control service is totally independent and impartial - our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our clients and local residents. We can offer:

  • free pre-application advice and guidance

  • advice on structure and fire safety before and during construction

  • a fast, efficient service – our surveyors provide a same-day inspection service if you make a request before 9am

  • local site knowledge - such as ground conditions, drainage and existing structures

  • on-going advice and support throughout your project

  • value – our service is charged at cost and advice at an early stage can help you save money.

We can offer a dedicated officer to deal with all your submissions and pre-application advice and act as a single point of contact.

We work with the majority of builders in the area who value our professionalism, our practical, cost-effective advice and comprehensive inspection regime.
