Notice is given that on the 8th December 2015, Huntingdonshire District Council, as the Licensing Authority, has received a request for a review of the Premises Licence for:
Cromwell’s Bar Café
137 High Street
Huntingdon
PE29 3NF
The grounds for the review are a number of violent incidents at, and in close proximity to, the premises and breach of the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, the prevention of public nuisance and failing to promote public safety in the way the business is operated.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fine for which on summary conviction is £5,000.
