Lou - Just a quick note to say how much I appreciated your advice and guidance when taking me through the Building Notice process. It was refreshing to talk to someone who knew what they were talking about as opposed to dealing with a call centre, where knowledge is often limited.

Nick K - Thank you for all your kind efforts in putting forward Montreal Mews for the LABC excellence awards. It was fantastic achievement to become a regional winner and although there were no prizes for us at the Grand Final, nevertheless that too was a great event to be part of. We really enjoyed ourselves. Fingers crossed for next year!

James - Please extend my thanks to both James Chesher Surveyor for his exceptional professional service to my family. He has shown great patience and always responded promptly and in full to phone calls, emails, specification queries and all our outstanding and delayed areas of work on our build. He has had to give extensive time to our job and deal with myself, my wife, our architect and our builders as well as sub-contractors in terms of specifications for individual components of the build.
I would also like to thank Building Control for agreeing to carry out additional site inspections when there were months of delay on our flat roof correction, porch installation and approval of our roof lantern due to the specification not being forthcoming from the window company for over 4-5 months. This was very much appreciated and we are indebted to you to get our build to this point.
